Why am I seeing streaks with the Multi-Surface Cleaner?
Streaks typically mean too much product is being used. For best results, use a clean microfiber cloth, 1 spray per 2-foot by 2-foot square, and fast overlapping passes. Here's an image tutorial or a video tutorial to help demonstrate.
The Stain Remover isn't working. How do I remove tough stains?
Can the Stain Remover be used with bleach?
No. Bleach will kill the plant enzymes in our stain remover and render it ineffective. You shouldn't need to use bleach if you use our stain remover correctly (see question above). It has consistently proven itself as the highest performing stain remover you can buy.
Are Puracy products pet-safe?
Yes, all our products are 100% pet-safe.
Are Puracy products gluten-free?
Yes, all our products are 100% gluten-free.
Are Puracy products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all our products are vegan. We never test on animals, and we are Certified Cruelty-Free by PETA and Leaping Bunny.
Do Puracy products contain soy?
There are no soy-based ingredients in our lotions. Certain ingredients in our soap products are derived from up to a few different vegetable oils, so we cannot fully guarantee they are 100% soy-free. However, at most, there are only trace amounts of soy.
I have a nut allergy. Can I use Puracy products?
Puracy products do not contain tree nuts or peanuts. Some of them contain coconut extracts or shea butter, but these two are generally not considered "nuts." Please consult our labels or product listings for the exact list of ingredients.
Are Puracy products safe to use while pregnant?
Yes, many of our customers are moms and enjoy our hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and naturally derived products throughout their pregnancy.
Are Puracy products non-comedogenic?
There is no formal test or generally accepted ingredient list that determines whether a product is non-comedogenic. This is purely a marketing term.
Are Puracy hair care products safe for color-treated hair?
Yes, our hair care products are safe for color-treated hair and all hair types.
Why isn’t there an expiration date on my Puracy product?
All our products have a guaranteed shelf life of at least 2 years from the purchase date.
I'm not seeing a lot of suds with the Dish Soap or Body Wash. Is this normal?
These are truly "less is more" products which have a small learning curve in the beginning.
Remember: water + soap + agitation = suds
Since these are hyper-concentrated, sulfate-free formulas, we recommend no more than a nickel-size of soap per area you are cleaning. The products will work better when you use less. If you use too much, they will actually produce fewer suds.
For our Body Wash: Rinse your skin, dispense a half-pump of body wash, agitate your freshly rinsed skin, and watch the suds build before you rinse it again.
For our Dish Soap: Rinse the dish or kitchen item, dispense a half-pump of soap, scrub the dish with a washcloth or scrubber, and the suds will build before you rinse it again.
Is the Body Wash pH-balanced?
Yes. Our body wash has a pH of 5.5-6.0, in the same range as the pH of our skin.
What is in the Natural Fragrance?
Our Natural Fragrance is a combination of naturally derived essential oils, floral extracts, and plant-based, aroma-producing ingredients. We elect to keep the exact blend of natural fragrance ingredients listed singularly for the sole purpose of protecting our signature scents. The use of Natural Fragrance is never more than 0.2% by volume in our products and never contains any common allergens. We don't use any synthetic fragrances or perfume.
Why don't Puracy lotions have a "Certified Organic" marking?
Our lotions utilize more than 70% Certified Organic ingredients (by weight, minus water), which allows us to label them as "Organic." The remaining ingredients are mostly naturally derived, and some do not have Certified Organic equivalents. In order to list your product as "Certified Organic," it must have at least 95% "Certified Organic" ingredients (by weight, minus water).
Does the Multi-Surface Cleaner disinfect and kill germs?
We have not formally gone for a "disinfectant" classification for our surface cleaners, but the ingredients in it are proven to remove bacteria and microbes from a surface, leaving little to no germs behind. It safely and effectively cleans, without using any potentially harmful chemicals. For best results, use with a clean microfiber cloth.
Should I use a fabric softener with the Laundry Detergent?
When you use our laundry detergent, it cleans and removes any residue from the fibers of your clothes. They come out of the wash softer and fluffier, making a fabric softener unnecessary. Most commercial fabric softeners work by leaving a thin film on the fibers of your clothes. We'd rather have a laundry detergent that works well and saves you an extra step.
My Hand Soap Refill seems watery. Has the formula changed?
We offer two distinct types of hand soap: Liquid and Foaming. The Liquid Hand Soap has a honey-like consistency and works with standard soap dispensers. The Foaming Soap is watery by design and works with foaming soap dispensers. Check the front of your refill to see if you purchased the correct one. If so, email us at support@puracy.com, and we'll exchange it for you.

Any order over $35 will ship for free. There is a $7.99 shipping fee for orders under $35.

Why can't I have two or more of the same products in my custom subscription bundle?
The first 5 products in your custom subscription bundle must be 5 different products. After that, you can repeat a product for 25% off, up to 8 total products.
